The Nitrogen Gas Generator NitroFlow Lab can produce up to 32 lpm of pure LC/MS grade nitrogen at pressures of up to 8-bar. This nitrogen is produced by utilising a combination of compressor and membrane separation technologies. There are high-and-low-pressure compressors that are carefully matched with the follow fibre membranes to allow quiet and reliable operation. The oil free air is passed through unique proprietary hollow fibre membranes that separate the air into a concentrated nitrogen stream. This generator can be used in applications such as LC/MS, LC/MS/MS, nebuliser gases for APCI and ESI, ELSD, Turbo Vaps, and chemical solvent evaporation. It has been tried and tested by the major LC/MS manufacturers.
