Complex Extraction Kit Condagene Condalab 6500

The Condagene® Complex Extraction Kit is for the rapid obtaining of genomic DNA, without the need for enzymatic digestion, phenol/chloroform, or separation columns. The kit is from all types of microorganisms in a variety of matrices that may have high levels of PCR inhibitors. The samples that are contained in a microtube are subject to alkaline lysis when chaotropic agents are absent but combination of resins that retain different organic molecules and ions could affect the quality of DNA. In the final step, the sample is resuspended with a pH correcting buffer containing neutralising agents for large PCR inhibitors not captured by the resins.

This product is compatible with a viability PCR procedure.
