The I-Blue Mini Plasmid Kit SAMPLE PACK (4 preps) was designed for rapid isolation of plasmid DNA from 1-7ml of cultured bacterial cells.

Included in the kit, there is an I-Blue Lysis Buffer (an option color indicator), which helps to prevent common handling errors, making sure that efficient cell lysis and neutralization is achieved.
