Stand Homogenisers POLYTRON® PT 10-35 GT (Ecoline)

Cost effective dispersing unit for applications with operating volumes up to 10 liters. The powerful motor is useful for sample preparation and also for formulation in scale-up matters. More than 30 dispersion aggregates with different geometries, designs, sizes, materials and coatings are available for selection. The electronic control system continuously compares the pre-selected rpm speed with the actual speed and adjusts it so that the speed remains constant even as the viscosity increases.

Integrated overheating, overload and blocking protection
Speed remaining constant even when viscosity changes
Aggregate replacement using one-handed quick-release coupling (type F)
Insulated motor housing keeps motor noise to a safe, approved level during operation
Various models of EasyClean dispersing aggregates

Applications: General homogenisation applications (dispersion and emulsification), Formulation of lotions, creams and food, Production of oil-water emulsions, Dispersion of small quantities from plants, animals or human tissue

Stand and Dispersing heads must be ordered separately.
