Centrifugal concentrators Vivacon® 500
Membrane: Hydrosart®. Suitable for the concentration of DNA and proteins. The horizontal membrane design was specially developed for the concentration of linear molecules. With Vivacon® 500, 100 to 500 µl sample volume can be processed in a fixed-angle rotor. Complete sample recovery by reverse spin possible.
Vivacon® 500 PCR is additionally sterilised with ethylene oxide and free of human DNA.
