Electrofusion and electroporation system ECM® 2001+, Embryo manipulation system

Multifunctional system for fast, efficient cell fusion in hybridoma production, hybrid cell formation, and nuclear transfer, as well as square wave electroporation for transfection of genes and other molecules into mammalian cell lines.

  • Large, easy-to-use touchscreen interface
  • Preset protocols for common hybridoma, embryo manipulation, and nuclear transfer applications
  • Separate electrofusion and electroporation function menus for optimised protocol programming, data organisation, and navigation
  • Quick start menus for fast access to the most frequently used electrofusion and electroporation parameters
  • User-defined electrofusion protocols: combination of up to 19 AC protocol steps and 1 DC protocol step
  • Storage of up to 1000 user-defined protocols

The 0.5 and 1.0 mm microslides produce a divergent energy field ideal for efficient embryo fusion. The 3.2 mm microslide provides a homogeneous energy field for high fusion rates of hybridoma cells.

Scope of supply: Generator ECM® 2001+, microslides with round wire electrode (0.5 mm / 1.0 mm), microslide with rectangular wire electrode (3.2 mm), micrograbber adapter cables
