The HydroSurveyor is designed to collect bathymetric, water column velocity profile and acoustic bottom tracking data as part of a hydrographic survey. This hydrographic surveyor has two key components which is the Acoustic Doppler Profiler (ADP®) platform and the powerful data collection software. With the HydroSurveyor, SonTek can offer an exclusive 5-beam depth sounding device and full water column velocity profiling.

This hydrographic surveyor software is fast and flexible as water sound speed corrections are interpolated in both space and time using the fully integrated CastAway-CTD. The HydroSurveyor is software centric as it has built-in automatic data gridding and interpolation to save time and money in field research.
