Adapts to Your Daily Needs:

It is possible to choose between different size manifolds, from single branch to multi-branch, depending on the number of daily tests that are carried out. The variety of manifold sizes can connect with each other by quick connection to allow the manifold to adapt to your daily workload. The quick connectors at both sides of the manifolds allow for quick connections of tubing, another manifold, or end caps. You can choose between different funnel and filtration units, from complete reusable to single sterile solutions, by simply connecting the filter onto the manifold by using the correct adaptor. Push the filter adapter into the manifold to fix it and choose between 3 different working positions.

Minimized Risk of Secondary Contamination:

These Manifolds are made of 100% stainless steel and for sterilisation, no disassembly is needed as you can simply put the complete manifold with filter adapters into the autoclave. It is easy to clean compact design so the manifold can be cleaned using standard disinfectants. The high-quality stainless-steel material ensures a long working life in the lab. During filtration, residual remaining liquid below the filter could potentially cross-contaminate the filter and therefore your results. The newly designed and integrated sterile venting step enables full drainage of liquid below the filter when using the Microsart® base support (Microsart® base). This integrated venting step eliminates the risk of secondary contamination and ensures a secure working procedure.

Safe and Stable Ergonomic Working Procedures:

The Manifolds have rubber feet that provide stability in the lab and the low height allows efficient and ergonomic working under the laminar flow. The handling of the valves is given by a clear start/stop feedback when turning the valves and indications on the manifold. Venting automatically occurs when turning the valves to the stop positions at the end of the filtration.
